Tillamook County Women's Resource Center's 24-hour Helpline is the agency's gateway for victims of domestic violence, sexual and dating violence and stalking, and for others who seek information and help. It's a safe and confidential way to ask questions and obtain services. We answer up to 1,800 calls each year.
The Helpline provides immediate intervention and assistance to domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking victims who need shelter or counseling and other services. Helpline staff and volunteers are trained to assess immediate safety issues, assist with the development of a safety plan, provide information about domestic violence and other forms of violence, address a caller's concerns and specific needs and give options and referrals to help the caller identify a plan for what to do next.
Please note that on nights, weekends, and holidays our helpline is answered by Call To Safety, which is a domestic and sexual violence agency that is fully trained to provide resources, support, and safety planning. Call to Safety will initiate any in person responses needed for sexual assault.
